Dianne Chipps Bailey served as a faculty member for the Fraternity Executives Association's 2010 Interfraternity Board Institute. This engaging learning experience explored strategies to strengthen relationships and enhance your board’s performance.
Through this program organizations will build a high performing board that understands its role, fulfills its responsibilities, demonstrates visionary leadership, and leads our organizations to new heights. Each session combines theory with best practices in the field to help you get up to speed fast. Through case studies, lectures and small group discussion, you will explore issues relevant to nonprofit governance and your particular organization. Through interacting with other leaders in the fraternal world, you will gain a better understanding of the “big picture” of the Greek movement and make important life-long contacts that will benefit you and your organization for years to come.
The event began at 8 a.m., Saturday, September 11, and concluded Sunday, September 12, at 12 p.m. Registration cost was $100/person and included workshop materials, continental breakfast each day, refreshment breaks and lunch on Saturday.
