Managing E-Discovery Cost and Risks: An Overview of Options for Outsourcing E-Discovery or Bringing Functions In-House

Kate Gordon Maynard and Heyward Bouknight participated in a panel discussion entitled "Managing E-Discovery Cost and Risks: An Overview of Options for Outsourcing E-Discovery or Bringing Functions In-House."  The panel discussion was part of the Association of Corporate Counsel Charlotte Chapter's Legal Risk and Project Management Symposium.

Ms. Maynard moderated the panel and Mr. Bouknight was a panel member.  The Symposium was held at Bryon's Southend on October 17, 2014 and will featured four one hour CLE sessions.
