Practicing in the area of civil litigation, Mr. McKeithen has served as lead trial counsel in both the successful prosecution and defense of major antitrust suits and class action securities suits. He also has served as lead counsel in the trials and negotiated settlements of numerous commercial and business disputes and suits.
