Robinson Bradshaw recognizes that we work better among ourselves and in solving client’s problems when our team is made up of diverse individuals. We are committed to recruiting people of diverse backgrounds, outlooks and interests who share a commitment to our core ideals of professionalism, excellence and teamwork. Our Inclusion Committee focuses the firm’s efforts on maintaining an environment that embraces individual differences and promotes the personal inclusion of all lawyers.
Our firm was one of fourteen initial law firm signatories to the Mecklenburg Call to Action Diversity Initiative. We have also been actively involved with the Charlotte Legal Diversity Clerkship program since its inception. This program recruits first-year law students interested in the Charlotte area for paid summer positions during which the students split their time between law firms and area corporate legal departments. The Clerkship program has been a very successful joint effort between law firms, legal departments and the Mecklenburg County Bar.
