Lawyer Development

Our interests, our clients' interests and your interests are best served by having our lawyers quickly gain the skills necessary to respond at a high level to a variety of legal challenges. We achieve this by giving them the opportunity to work in all of our practice areas as new associates. We seek to have new lawyers work independently and to have direct contact with clients. We expect each new lawyer to become a partner in the firm, so we train and mentor them with that expectation. Our clients will present challenging and interesting projects.
