Ms. Conrad practices in the areas of real estate and general corporate law and is also a member of our health care practice group. In her real estate practice, she represents landlords and tenants in lease negotiations and assists clients in the acquisition, development and sale of properties. In her corporate and health care practice, she frequently represents clients in joint ventures and advises clients on federal and state law regulatory issues, including the anti-kickback and Stark laws, and physician recruitment issues.
