David M. Schilli

Mr. Schilli concentrates his practice on commercial bankruptcy, commercial loan workouts and restructurings, and other creditors’ rights issues. He has gained experience in wide variety of industries and sectors, with a particular emphasis on transportation, telecommunications, distribution/retail, manufacturing, automotive, construction, and real estate acquisition, construction and development. In addition to his practice, Mr. Schilli has lectured on various bankruptcy topics for the North Carolina and Mecklenburg County bar associations and other turnaround and corporate renewal organizations.
