Ms. Sherlock practices in the areas of general corporate and commercial law, mergers and acquisitions and environmental law. She provides to clients general corporate advice, as well as assistance in the preparation of organizational documents and commercial contracts. In addition, Ms. Sherlock assists public and private companies in negotiating mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Sherlock also devotes a portion of her practice to assisting clients with environmental matters, including regulatory compliance and resolution of environmental liabilities.
