Mr. Bouknight practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. He has experience in matters involving breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, unfair trade practices, financial products, commercial lease disputes, commercial collection, and general business disputes.
Mr. Bouknight also maintains an active pro bono practice through the representation of victims of domestic violence, low income tenants, and students facing long term suspensions in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
