Mr. Phillips practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, contract law, intellectual property, internet law, and dispute resolution.
Mr. Phillips originally joined Robinson Bradshaw in 1979. He moved to the Triangle area in 1991, where he has been practicing law and teaching, including extensive work as a mediator and arbitrator. Mr. Phillips was most recently associated with Lewis, Phillips, Hinkle, PLLC in Chapel Hill.
