Mr. Cass’s practice areas include commercial lending, mergers and acquisitions, mezzanine financing and general corporate law. He has represented borrowers and financial institutions in connection with structuring and amending both unsecured and secured credit facilities in both syndicated and bilateral transactions. Mr. Cass has also represented private equity groups in complex investment and financing transactions, and has advised clients with respect to a variety of corporate issues, including corporate formation and structuring and the private offering and sale of debt securities.
