Mr. Kapp practices real estate and transactional law, with a concentration on transactions involving real estate development, property acquisitions and sales, leasing, and all aspects of real estate finance. In his leasing practice, Mr. Kapp has represented commercial landlords and tenants in a wide variety of leasing transactions, with a focus on drafting and negotiating leases for retail and office facilities. He has broad experience advising and representing both borrowers and lenders in all phases of real estate finance transactions, from loan origination through distressed loan workout and settlement transactions.
