Mr. Krisko practices in the areas of fiduciary and securities law, creditor’s rights, intellectual property, and other business-related litigation. His experience includes matters involving financial fiduciaries, covenants not to compete, trade secrets, product liability, breach of contract, and unfair trade practices. In addition to other commercial clients, Mr. Krisko regularly advises and represents clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
