Mr. Ferry practices in the area of civil and commercial litigation. He has represented U.S. Government interests in complex civil litigation and criminal investigations including counterterrorism, espionage and official misconduct. Mr. Ferry’s experience includes management of pretrial discovery, grand jury preparation and trial work. Mr. Ferry also has extensive experience in contract negotiations and financial securities work. He has represented financial institutions in negotiating private loans, revolving credit facilities and has represented issuers and underwriters in multiple public and private securities offerings.
Mr. Ferry previously served as assistant general counsel with the Central Intelligence Agency in Washington, D.C. and as an associate at the Washington, D.C. office of Sullivan & Cromwell LLP.
