Ms. Gledhill has a broad-based corporate practice with particular emphasis on joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions and other business strategic alliances. She co-chairs the firm’s Health Care Practice Group and is former chair of the Joint Venture Practice Group.
She has extensive experience in structuring and negotiating business acquisitions, mergers and joint ventures with particular emphasis on complex healthcare and real estate development joint ventures. She regularly represents healthcare providers, commercial developers, investors and landowners in joint venture negotiations and financing transactions.
In the health law area, she regularly advises clients on federal and state law regulatory issues, including the anti-kickback and Stark laws, provider affiliations and networks, and compliance programs. She has a broad transactional healthcare practice, including negotiation of provider joint ventures, acquisitions and physician practice management and ownership transfers. She is a frequent speaker and author in the legal health law field.
