Ms. Payerle focuses on litigation practice on behalf of individual and corporate clients who require representation in court, in arbitration, or on appeal. Ms. Payerle has experience aggressively litigating financial services industry disputes, personal injury lawsuits, employment litigation, agency proceedings, and trade secret claims in all stages of the litigation or arbitration process.
Immediately before joining Robinson, Bradshaw & Hinson, Ms. Payerle served as a law clerk for a federal trial court judge, where she gained insight into to trial and pre-trial strategies from the court’s perspective.
Ms. Payerle speaks conversational Spanish and basic Mandarin Chinese.
