Mr. Moore has experience in a variety of civil litigation, including trial and appellate argument, in intellectual property, commercial and corporate control disputes. Mr. Moore has represented antitrust clients in several multi-state class actions, and in merger and criminal investigations conducted by the Federal Trade Commission and the Antitrust Division of the Department of Justice. He has also successfully represented patent and copyright holders in infringement actions in federal court.
Mr. Moore has taught at continuing legal education seminars in the areas of antitrust and electronic document preservation and production.
