Mr. Foster graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2009. Since joining Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, Mr. Foster has represented and advised private investment funds in connection with their formation, capital-raising activities, and investments, private companies in various mergers and acquisitions, and nonprofit organizations in their organization, administration, and management. He practices primarily in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, nonprofit organizations, and general corporate law.
