Louis A. Bledsoe, III

Mr. Bledsoe has extensive experience in matters involving commercial and business disputes of all kinds, including breach of contract, unfair trade practices, employment discrimination, retaliatory discharge, wrongful discharge and employment contract and competition issues.

He also has experience in handling significant insurance coverage disputes on behalf of the insured. Mr. Bledsoe has represented clients in the state and federal courts of North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Georgia, Florida, New York, Massachusetts, and Michigan and is a member of the United States Tax Court.

Mr. Bledsoe also maintains an active practice counseling and advising clients in all areas of employment law to reduce litigation risk, develop effective compliance strategies and help clients obtain their business objectives.

Mr. Bledsoe is a former chair of the firm’s labor and employment section and the current chair of the firm’s business development committee.
