Mr. Tilley graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law in 2009. Since joining the firm he has practiced in areas of civil litigation including commercial contract, construction, intellectual property, trade secret, employment, and regulatory disputes. He has experience successfully representing clients before state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels.
Prior to law school, Mr. Tilley worked in government affairs for Tennessee Valley Authority, the nation’s largest public utility, serving as a liaison to Congress and the executive branch regarding matters of budget oversight, energy regulation, and Senate confirmation of presidential nominees to the authority’s board of directors.
