Mr. Allmon practices in the areas of private equity finance and investment transactions, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law. His experience includes representing private equity groups and companies in acquisitions and dispositions and representing borrowers, financial investors and other lenders in complex investment and financing transactions at each level of a company's capital structure, including senior secured debt financing, mezzanine debt financing and common and preferred equity investment transactions.
