Mr. Gibson’s practice focuses on employee benefits and executive compensation. He counsels clients on issues relating to 401(k) plans, profit sharing plans, pension plans, cafeteria plans, welfare benefit plans, and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. Mr. Gibson also has substantial experience working with clients on employee benefits issues that arise in corporate transactions. In addition, Mr. Gibson has worked extensively with governmental and tax-exempt entities on a wide range of employee benefits issues, including 403(b) plans and 457 plans.
