Mr. Sink practices with a concentration in commercial real estate, including the development, financing and sale of mixed-use and retail centers, office and industrial complexes, and multi-family and single-family residential communities. He has significant experience in the building design and construction process, representing architects, engineers, contractors, sureties and developers. He has been an active participant in public planning and redevelopment initiatives, especially efforts to revitalize center-city neighborhoods involving public-private cooperation. He has both transactional and advocacy experience, including representation in the resolution of disputes through arbitration, mediation and litigation.
Mr. Sink's recent experience includes long-term, general corporate representation of a commercial real estate development firm, with operations in eight states, that has successfully reorganized under the protection of chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code.
