Profile

Bob Sink practices with a concentration in commercial real estate, including the development, financing and sale of mixed-use and retail centers, office and industrial complexes, and multifamily and single-family residential communities. He has significant experience in the building design and construction process, representing architects, engineers, contractors, sureties and developers. Bob has been an active participant in public planning and redevelopment initiatives, especially efforts to revitalize center-city neighborhoods involving public-private cooperation.
