Mr. Robinson's practice areas include commercial lending, commercial loan workouts and restructurings, sports and licensing, and general corporate law. He regularly counsels banks, other financial institutions, mezzanine funds and borrowers in the structuring and documentation of complex financing transactions in the industrial growth, financial institution, manufacturing and various service sectors. Mr. Robinson has extensive experience in the negotiation of intercreditor agreements, including those relating to second lien debt, mezzanine debt and secured mezzanine debt, and in the work-out and the negotiation of troubled credits.
In his sports practice, Mr. Robinson routinely represents collegiate sports organizations, including the Southeastern Conference and the NCAA, in a variety of matters, including the documentation and negotiation of broadcast agreements as well as digital rights and new media agreements.
Mr. Robinson also serves as chair of the firm’s Corporate Department.
