Ms. Huber’s litigation practice focuses on resolving corporate and commercial disputes related to employment and labor, antitrust, and general business concerns. She has experience litigating complex matters in federal and state courts and through arbitration. She has also represented clients involved in governmental investigations. Additionally, Ms. Huber maintains a pro bono practice representing low income tenants.
Ms. Huber has participated in numerous complex litigation matters involving electronic discovery issues. She has assisted clients in identifying their own sources of electronically stored information, as well as with preserving and collecting electronically stored information for pending litigation.
Before joining Robinson Bradshaw, Ms. Huber earned a Master of Library and Information Science, focusing her studies on effective electronic and traditional research methods. She also served as a law clerk for federal judges at the trial and appellate courts, gaining insight into strategies for successful pre-trial, trial, and appellate practice.
