David Kimball Named to Construction Law Power List

Robinson Bradshaw litigator David C. Kimball was named to South Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Power List recognizing the top construction lawyers in the state.

Kimball chairs the firm’s Construction Practice Group and has substantial experience with both litigation and transactional matters. He routinely represents a variety of parties, including institutional owners, developers, contractors and industrial equipment manufacturers, on a wide range of construction-related disputes.

“I am a hands-on person and enjoy learning about how stuff works,” Kimball told SCLW. “Digging into the factual and legal issues in a construction defect matter is interesting and fun.”
