Mr. Miller graduated from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2009 and received his B.A. in Political Science from the University of South Carolina in 2005. Since joining Robinson Bradshaw & Hinson, he has represented and advised institutional investors in private investment funds, private companies in various mergers and acquisitions, and lenders in foreclosure proceedings, and private companies in their organization and management. Mr. Miller practices primarily in the areas of private equity, mergers and acquisitions, creditors’ rights and general corporate law.
