Mr. Johnson’s practice covers a broad range of business litigation, including commercial and corporate litigation and disputes, employment litigation and counseling, and construction and environmental litigation. His litigation experience includes many trials in the state and federal courts, preliminary motions and injunctions, and appeals in state courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He also has extensive experience resolving disputes through arbitration and mediation. Additionally, Mr. Johnson represents the firm’s clients in a variety of labor matters, including union elections and NLRB proceedings, and advises the firm’s corporate clients on labor issues arising from business transactions.
