Profile

Caroline Sink’s primary practice areas include commercial real estate, commercial lending and public finance. She regularly represents a variety of commercial lenders and borrowers in both commercial real estate and secured and unsecured commercial loans, including construction lending, term financing, tax-exempt bonds and other commercial credit facilities. When necessary, Caroline has assisted lenders in reaching negotiated resolutions of loans in default and in exercising remedies for default.

Caroline also is experienced in various aspects of commercial real property development, including acquisition, land use, leasing and disposition. She regularly represents corporations, including several nonprofit corporations, and developers in negotiation of secured commercial credit facilities and the acquisition, sale and lease of commercial real property. Caroline serves as outside general counsel to several North Carolina nonprofit corporations.

With comprehensive experience in commercial real estate and finance, Caroline brings a multifaceted view of any transaction.
